This property located on Millpoint Road, South Perth had 4mm aluminium composite panel cladding (Ultrabond) installed to 3 separate areas. The Ultrabond was installed on a steel framing system including sarking, concealed fixings and sealing with return folds required to window sills and balcony.
The colours featured is from the Ultrasound FR range – Gloss White and Silver Metallic.
