The clients at St John of God Hospital carefully chose Hybrid Linings to complete the 2,500m2 recladding project.

Hybrid Linings was engaged on a design and construct basis to remove and replace the existing non-compliant composite cladding system with beautiful new non-combustible BLUECHIP GROUP Ultrawood aluminium cladding at Sundance Apartments in Scarborough.

Hybrid Linings completed the re-cladding works at the UWA Business School consisting of installation of a fully compliant non-combustible Ulrtracore G2 Facade System.

Respecting the grain of Oxford Street, the eye catching building, across an impressive 2,400 SqM block is sculptural but respectful of the location, this is a new landmark for Leederville.

Coast Port Beach was a refurbishment of the existing Salt on the Beach premises. The project consisted of installation of roof trusses, new ceilings, wall linings and feature weatherboard to the front entry.

The project consisted of installation of a suspended exposed grid ceiling system with vinyl ceiling tiles, flush plasterboard ceilings on a concealed suspension system, stud walls, installation of door frames and additional works to various other tenancies in the Trinity Village development.

Stirling Central Shopping Centre is a extension and refurbishment of the existing shopping centre located in Westminster. The project involves refurbishment to the existing mall, Woolworths and Target stores as well as the addition of a BWS and various additional tenancies.

This property located on Chipping Road, City Beach had 4mm aluminium composite panel cladding (Alucobond) installed to 2 separate areas on 35mm steel top hats with sarking and sealing to the window surrounds.

This property located on Kiln Lane, Cottesloe had 4mm aluminium composite cladding (Alucobond) installed with 12mm express joints on 35mm steel top hats including sarking and sealing to the front elevation feature box.

Our scope of works for this project included the installation of suspended ceilings, Supawood feature ceiling, external and internal walls as well as Alucobond cladding to the entry portal and feature Decowood to Wild Bean detail.

Coles Express Kwinana fuel station had 4mm aluminium composite panel cladding (Alucobond) installed to the feature entry portal on 150mm steel framing including all sealing.

McDonalds Warnbro was a refurbishment to an existing McDonalds store completed in early 2018. Our works included suspended ceilings, bulkheads, internal stud walls and external cladding.

Puma Balcatta is a brand new fuel station opened in early 2018 in the Balcatta industrial area. Works completed included suspended ceilings, feature ceiling, internal and external walls as well as external cladding.

Telstra Workzone was a refurbishment to 3 levels of an existing office building located on the Northern fringe of the Perth CBD. The project consisted of the demolition of existing ceilings, supply and install of new plasterboard ceilings and bulkheads, stud walls, aluminium skirting, doors, and glazing partitions.

The Vale Bar & Brasserie was a new build – a stylish, family-friendly venue for people of all ages in the ever growing suburb of Beeliar.

Kmart Morley was a refurbishment to an existing store in the Galleria Shopping Centre completed in July 2017.

Caltex Lakelands is a brand new fuel station opened in early 2018. It is one of several commercial developments in the Lakelands complex completed by Hybrid Linings including a KFC store, Lakelands Swim School and Silver Sponge Car Wash.

Lakelands Swim School is a newly constructed facility that opened in early 2018. Our scope of works included installation of suspended ceilings. bulkheads, stud walls, door frames, doors and door hardware along with feature cladding to the exterior.

Silver Sponge Car Wash is a brand new facility opened in early 2018. Our scope of works included suspended ceilings, internal stud walls, and installation of the pre-fabricated Smart Steel frame.

The recladding project at Murdoch University consisted of removing existing non-compliant ACM cladding and replacing it with a fully non-combustible ACM cladding system.

Liberty Landsdale is a newly constructed service station and our scope of works entailed suspended ceilings, bulkheads, internal and external stud walls,doors, hardware, skirting, carpentry, external CFC and Aluminium cladding, signage and Ultrawood Battens as a feature for the building.
