Project Description
Major Motors have been the sole Isuzu dealer in Perth since 1973 and have 3 locations serving the area. The all new, state of the art Bibra Lake facility was created to cater for the southern suburbs transport area. The project consisted of suspended ceilings, partition walls and cladding.
Ceilings
- Supply and install fissure pattern mineral wool ceiling tiles
- Supply and install 130mm Glasswool insulation to ceilings
- Supply and install Autex Greenstuff baffle block polyester insulation above all partition walls
- Supply and install suspended ceiling tiles (2.4 – 4.5m high)
- Supply and install flushed suspended plasterboard (2.4 – 2.7m high)
- Supply and install 10mm flushed plasterboard bulkhead
- Supply and install Versilux eaves
Partitions
- Supply and install 13mm plasterboard to both sides of 64mm stud walls (1-4.5m high)
- Supply and install 10mm aquacheck plasterboard direct to stud walls (3m high)
- Supply and install 10mm plasterboard direct to stud walls (3 – 4.5m high)
- Supply and install R2.5 90mm Autex Greenstuf insulation to all partition walls
Cladding
- Supply and install 9mm CFC cladding to columns (5m high)
- Supply and install Aircell PermiShield protector wrap
- Supply and install red Alucobond to front portal and awning
- Supply and install fyrecheck cladding to columns in parts store floor
- Supply and install 9mm villaboard to walkway stud walls
