Project Description

BP Halls Head was a brand new fuel station opened towards the end of 2017. Our scope of works included the installation of suspended ceilings, Supawood feature ceiling, external and internal walls as well as Alucobond cladding to the entry portal and feature Decowood to Wild Bean detail.

Other new BP stores and refurbishments completed by Hybrid Linings include Caversham, Henley Brook, and Rosegarden.

  • Ceilings
  • Supply and install flush 13mm plasterboard on concealed suspension system
  • Supply and install flush 13mm plasterboard bulkhead
  • Supply and install 1200 x 600 exposed grid system with 15mm ceiling tiles
  • Supply and install 9mm flush Villaboard on concealed suspension system internally
  • Supply and install 6mm flush Versilux with 10mm express joints on furring channels to external awnings
  • Supply and install internal Supawood feature ceiling
  • Supply and install R3.0 ceiling insulation
  • Supply and install access panels
  • Walls
  • Supply and install external walls – 28mm furring channel on beta fix clips with 1 x 13mm flush plasterboard & 40mm rigid insulation board to underside of roof
  • Supply and install external walls (high level above shop front window and coolrooms) 28mm furring channel on beta fix clips with 1 x 13mm flush plasterboard one side with 40mm rigid insulation board to underside of roof
  • Supply and install internal walls – 92mm steel stud walls with 1 x 13mm flush plasterboard each side and R2.0 insulation
  • Install internal metal split door frames
  • External Cladding
  • Supply and install 9mm CFC with 10mm express joints on 35mm steel top hats to shopfront and fuel canopy fascias
  • Supply and install 4mm aluminium composite cladding (Alucobond) on 35mm top hats with sarking to shop front portal
  • Supply and install 4mm aluminium composite cladding (Alucobond) on stud framing to 1 x Wild Bean internal portal
  • Allowance for 200mm Decowood DecoClad on 35mm top hats and sarking to shopfront Wild Bean feature
